It is about the service as they are not responsive in housekeeping part and no room cleaning was made till 3 days even I asked them to do and the food was very minimal options at breakfast overall the AC and Fan was very noisy and the mini fridge was not arranged and functioning to store the cool drinks and all

We were welcomed by insects in the room. In the washroom the health faucet was leaking. The shower Knob came in hand and the basin was clogged. Horrible experience. It was worse then a lodge

Location was fine but basic things like hand towel, room slippers were not there. Their kettle was having burning smell even after boiling water for just a few seconds and even heated water had that essence. Inf-act no one came to drop us to the room, we only had to take our luggages to the room and we booked for 2 rooms, we were given 2 rooms on different floors which is usually not how a group who came together would like to stay.

We stayed with family in the suite room and it was good enough. The food in the restaurant was very good and the spice resembles authentic Rayalaseema food. Room service was also good.
