bed cover set is looks dirty .not up to the standard .staff ok, not bad.quality of food is average.

Sufficient and clean rooms. Breakfast options are good enough as per range of the tariff. But most impressive is the staff of the hotel which are really trustworthy and friendly. I forgot my phone but they ensured to kept at the reception and the manager called me up and returned also which is rare in this world. Thanks again. Only seems difficult in rainy season as the road heading towards hotel is not good. Otherwise all are fantastic 👍

Description and toom details didn't match. Example: bed is queen size and not king or double bed. There is no hot water kettle provided. Room floor was not clean. It was sticky and dirty.

location ok, but no neat & clean…. Rooms are too bad smell. Complementary brake fast no good …. Poor service.

Overall the experience was good for a solo traveller. Would expect atleast provision of handwash and little cleaner toilets if paying at such room amount.

Room and bathroom was bad

We have been staying here for long time but since recent times we are facing cleanliness and parking issues. Food is ok. Staff is good.

The hotel is absolute crap. The service of the hotel needs to be improved. Parking is a big problem. The car has to be parked on the road. There is no handwash in the bathroom. The bathroom door locks automatically. I was stuck in the bathroom by myself for half an hour and the staff had no way to get me out. It takes 20m for car parking while check in, it also takes time to get the room after check in Very bad experience😌

Hotel is nice, the location is very good. It is decent for a day or two’s stay in kolhapur.
