No breakfast, even if it is chargeable. Not offering mm t customers the complimentary 1 l tr water/day. The room which we got it, the sliding windows are not able to close, bcoz of that mosquito enter in night and horrible in sleep time. A don't care behaviour from the room service staffs. No towel and bath soap. The hotel reception staff was complaining to us that they are getting half money than what we booked thru mmt, and forced us to show the payments made to mmt, instead of the confirmation msg or screen.

Every thing was good but only the disadvantage of this hotel there is no connectivity between customer and hotel staff. They should arrange telephone in rooms.

It looks good from outside but from inside its very old. Their walls are leaking with water, sprinkler in the washroom doesn't work, pillows are dirty and they change only covet like it's hostel, poor quality towels, they don't provide any toiletries nothing, nulls are broken and staff is not very helpful. Nobody at the reception area when you need something. It's not a good hotel if you are paying good amount.

All over service is bad. Not worthy. We asked for hot water but they were giving reasons due to cloudy weather. This is not acceptable.
