Nice palace for stay nice room service food facilities available in the place is best

Hot water facilities are not available to every room. Television are just to showcase, no channels were available and even i was not able to connect to my pendrive to the tv

Dear team this hotel is not clean and not clean bedroom and not clean bathroom nor service good all over bad experience 🙁

We booked the hotel for one night stay in barmer! this was the end destination of our tour! this place is horrible. This hotel is completely under construction. There are no railing beside stairs. Only one waiter is available. At the cost of 1181 rupees, this is highly priced. Most of the time, there is no water in the bathroom tap. Bathroom is just too small, like the train ones. Room floor is unclean.

He had not provided confirmed room in same Hotel and shift one another dirty Hotel. I do not advise to book Hotel. He does not know about room availability in Hotel and in online MakeMyTrip confirmed my booking without knowing rooms status. In night Around 10:15 pm Hotel owner said to me either shift in another Hotel or cancel this booking. I have no option in night but please don't book Shivam Hotel. Too bad experiences with MakeMyTrip.

Near railway station hotel staff is good.

They were switching off the Ac time to time they charged us for AC rooms, service was not good.

Worst services I have ever experienced till today and after making all payment online, person has asked for payment of two more days without availing any facility.

The Location was good, opposite to railway station, but the service was an average, rooms are very small and not clean, no WiFi and air condition was very old, toilet was very small and not clean, Hotel looks like very old, the bed in the room was not so good, you can find insects roaming on the bed and in the room also. Overall not a good stay.
