We booked the hotel for one night stay in barmer! this was the end destination of our tour! this place is horrible. This hotel is completely under construction. There are no railing beside stairs. Only one waiter is available. At the cost of 1181 rupees, this is highly priced. Most of the time, there is no water in the bathroom tap. Bathroom is just too small, like the train ones. Room floor is unclean.

He had not provided confirmed room in same Hotel and shift one another dirty Hotel. I do not advise to book Hotel. He does not know about room availability in Hotel and in online MakeMyTrip confirmed my booking without knowing rooms status. In night Around 10:15 pm Hotel owner said to me either shift in another Hotel or cancel this booking. I have no option in night but please don't book Shivam Hotel. Too bad experiences with MakeMyTrip.

The Location was good, opposite to railway station, but the service was an average, rooms are very small and not clean, no WiFi and air condition was very old, toilet was very small and not clean, Hotel looks like very old, the bed in the room was not so good, you can find insects roaming on the bed and in the room also. Overall not a good stay.
