The checkin process was very fast and smooth even though it was 1 am, as our flight arrived late. The room allocated to us was like the image however it was quite dirty and there were a lot of cockroaches present in the room, might be a case of an infestation. The bedsheets were quite untidy, also the shower head in the washroom was broken. The property requires some maintenance to be satisfactory for travellers.

Food is sourced from other restaurants, terrible cleanliness, blankets are worn out and very unclean. Bathroom floor doesn't drain water. Geysers are switched on on request for just 10 mins.
