The rooms were very dirty...there were cockroaches on bed...water was leaking from the basin...food was not cooked properly

Very very unhygienic room, terrible experience, untidy washroom, tap not working, worst staff, even didn't provided drinking water without reminders. not at all to be considered again for staying. insects running across the floor, called staff for spraying pesticides.

The staff and the manager was very rude and was using bad language. Condition of the rooms are also very bad. Please don’t book this hotel rooms if you are coming with your family or if you are a couple.

No cleanliness Have very weird rules Booked for 3.Paid for 3.But they do not allow group of 3 friends in same room

Very unhygienic place room was full of cockroaches, even hotel staff is very rude and unprofessional. Doent have maaners to knock door before entering into guest room also room service person was very rude and told me that he forgot to deliver snack item. Wont recommed to any traveler for this hotel.

Bed staff behavior and room not clean proper 3class service and owner was 3 class behavior not use properly bed language

Location is ok, but inside rooms are dirty, pale. Rusty items. Food no quality. Took plates before eating breakfast. No service, water

The bathroom was dirty. The ac was not functioning properly. The mattress was really bad and undulating which was very uncomfortable. When we asked for the bill for the extra payment made for food and early chcek in the person on counter refused to give the same.

We weren’t provided with the most basic facilities. The washroom was in pathetic condition. The toilet seat was broken. There wasn’t any hanger which was provided. It was all dirty. Got around half an hour late in checking out, got a rude treatment from the receptionist. Not a good place to stay at all.

Rooms are bit old. Dusty smell not proper clean

As it was ind vs pak match in ahmedabad they were already charging high then usual and were asking for more money for everything foe example we told one visitor is coming the charged more we told for early checkin by 30 mins the asked for more money room didnt have pillow blankets nothing

Hotel staff were very rude and didn't care about the guests, they had a moto to just earn money and politeness wasn't in their dictionary.

The bedsheet in the room was used and dirty, had to be changed after check-in. There were plenty of cockroaches in the room. Hot water was only available in the morning.

Very unclean and unhygienic rooms n toilets. I have to upgrade to delux room by paying rs 1000 in cash. But that room is not good if your travel-ling family

Good : walkable to metro, cheaper rates bad : rooms were untidy. Washroom was like never cleaned. Towels only on multiple requests. Charged extra for 2 nd person in same room where there were already double bed. No reciepts of extra charge.

1. Worst stay in rudra mahal. 1 room size small. 2 bathroom not clean. 3 breakfast cold. Room size not comfortable even double stay as we ware triple. Towel not higine. Almira not higine
