Location of the property is good but it is not maintained well. Cleanliness is an issue and food is also not great.

The room was very dirty, the air was smelling, one of the propers was not working, I told the staff but nothing was resolved.

Location - good, food - average, amenities- not up to the mark, service - average. Hygiene - can be improved.

Food quality is awesome, location is very nice, amenities are good, but food price per unit are high

Location is good. It's in the town. I booked suite room and got upgraded to executive suite. Rooms are spacious but doesn't look elegant, pleasant at that high price. Breakfast is below average. Food is expensive for the cost they charge. Service guys were not trained properly. Toiletries were very average.

The Hotel is situated well in the City well connected to places to explore about, staff behaviour is descent, food quality is ok, breakfast is good. Will recommend to stay

I will rate 4 out of 5 overall. And the best part was that they have there own travel business which was good at price too.

The worst Hotel, in my 15 years of travel. The manager showed the lowest quotient of decency and threatened, not to book from MakeMyTrip as I had a company tie up with the Hotel at a higher price. I left the Hotel immediately and stayed in a different Hotel at a higher price. Thanks to company for MMT for cancelling my booking and refund.

Unprofessional staff, inappropriate behaviour, they have recruited local people who doesn't have any experience even they don't have manner to deal with customer.
