very well maintained hotel nearby station. highly recommend !! Food & other amenities are also good

The following are the things that I didn’t like. 1. The hotel has window AC which is noisy and throws air directly on to you. Not very comfortable to keep it on while you sleep or sit onto the bed. 2. The mirror light in the bathroom was not working 3. The food is pricey. They are taking advantage of non availability of any good restaurant nearby 4. The rooms can be better for what they are charging.

It was the pleasent stay in the hotel. I think it is the best hotel in Singrauli. Room was good, stay was good, food was good, staff was good.👍

Good food, very humble staff

Worst experience with hotel manager named mr. Aakash. Asking for extra money without any reason. Even not provide water when i reached hotel in late night. No sympothy for guests. Not suggested anybody.

The most pathetic and worst hotel in singrauli. They are not professional people, the rooms are very very dirty and so the blankets. The cupboards were broken, bathroom doesn't have warm water, mosquitoes everywhere in bathroom, on request for room change if dirty, they will charge you. They charged for the complimentary water bottle also. And complimentary breakfast is like limited you cannot order yourself. Whatever they give in breakfast, you have to manage, and if you want more they will charge you. Don't book this hotel if you want to save your money. I have to leave the room because of their rude and terrible behaviour and went to other hotel. And the food quality is worst and service is too late for dinner and for breakfast also also they dont know how to make gst bill for the company. Stay in any hotel but not this one. Else experience yourself then believe me.

Location is the main drawback. Surrounding is unclean. Hotel room too is average.

Singrauli is a small town, this hotel is just at the entry point. Rooms are barely adequate, window AC are available, bare minimum TV channels, no English news channels, only Start Sports, Hindi Channel and non HD and the TV cable protrudes out of your window, which remains open and lets in cold wind. Bare minimum varieties of breakfast, food quality par score, service awful.

Nice hotel. Location is near to railway station. Nice food well service. I am staying in this hotel evertime when I visited Singrauli. It is very near and centre to all industries in Singrauli area. It is nice clean hotel.

Very good hotel to stay, food quality is also good with better room service. Optimum size of hygienic, very well clean room even for double occupancy with variety of food options in menu. Location of hotel is decent, very near to railway station and important offices.

Best rooms with all facilities, good food recommend to take food at Shambhavi if you are staying at Singrauli. Good staff especially Raj & Rahul Sharma. Staff knows all the Mine sites and can arrange for good taxi to visit the Mining sites.
