Very nice and comfortable stay. Staff was very cooperative. Very good location.

Hotel Saryu is a UP Government hotel. It is a great location right on the banks of the River Saryu. The rooms are your typical 3 star rooms with average cleanliness. Don't expect room service. Food and resturant was sub-par. However, the hotel has good security and good staff. There is no readily available transport nearby so if you have senior citizens, choose a different option

It was a nice & comfortable stay , room size is quite big which is uncommon in most of the hotels .Hotel staff was decent & cooperative . Location of the hotel is excellent . One suggestion for complimentary breakfast more variety / items should be added as we were served with 2-3 items , I feel it could have been due to less occupancy on that day . One big advantage is one can reach there by using individual vehicle from Lucknow Highway. The location was awesome near to Saryu bank. Silent and peace. Food was good, tasty and delicious just like home. Stay was comfortable and enjoyed a lot. Recommended others to try once.

I booked this hotel as it specifically mentioned that elevator was provided in the list of amenities.Unfortunately when we checked in, the staff told me that our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. It was really shocking as my mother is a senior citizen and unable to walk or climb stairs. I had to pay extra and book a Suite on the ground floor as I could not cancel the booking. The room was very huge and comfortable and we had a good stay.

Everything is fine. Staff are very very cooperative. Food quality in the in-house restaurant serves hygienic food at affordable price.

I recently stayed at this hotel. While the room size was good and the location was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing. There were several issues that affected my stay: Some furniture was broken and the door lock was damaged, which raised safety concerns. Shockingly, I found a rat in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was poor, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about maintaining hygiene. The restaurant had a very limited menu, and food took a long time to be served. Additionally, the hotel staff did not assist in finding local transport, which was very inconvenient. Overall, despite the good room size and location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these major issues are addressed.

It was a stable experience the hotel rooms were quite clean and the staff behaviour was also nice.

location is very good & no pollution just opposite saryu river car parking is very near. staff is very polite

Good food , excellent location and moreover every time you can get electric cart type vehicle to go to Ram Mandir. Also whenever you want , you can take holy dip in River Sarayu and come back to hotel in no time. Staffs are also disciplined and courteous Charges are also Normal and usually on expected lines

location is awesome, it's near by Saryu and Lata Mangeshkar chowk. Food is not good now a days but morning tea is not available. Amenities are just ok. but location is really good and rooms are good.

perfect place to stay in ayodhya, food room facility is good.. near to all the temples and ghats....
