Poor experience. There was no proper facilities, dirty room, toilet, tv everything, mosquito and termite has made a worst experience. Location is good only nothing else

It was a nice & comfortable stay , room size is quite big which is uncommon in most of the hotels .Hotel staff was decent & cooperative . Location of the hotel is excellent . One suggestion for complimentary breakfast more variety / items should be added as we were served with 2-3 items , I feel it could have been due to less occupancy on that day . One big advantage is one can reach there by using individual vehicle from Lucknow Highway. The location was awesome near to Saryu bank. Silent and peace. Food was good, tasty and delicious just like home. Stay was comfortable and enjoyed a lot. Recommended others to try once.

I booked this hotel as it specifically mentioned that elevator was provided in the list of amenities.Unfortunately when we checked in, the staff told me that our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. It was really shocking as my mother is a senior citizen and unable to walk or climb stairs. I had to pay extra and book a Suite on the ground floor as I could not cancel the booking. The room was very huge and comfortable and we had a good stay.

Everything is fine. Staff are very very cooperative. Food quality in the in-house restaurant serves hygienic food at affordable price.

I recently stayed at this hotel. While the room size was good and the location was excellent, the overall experience was disappointing. There were several issues that affected my stay: Some furniture was broken and the door lock was damaged, which raised safety concerns. Shockingly, I found a rat in the room, which is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness was poor, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about maintaining hygiene. The restaurant had a very limited menu, and food took a long time to be served. Additionally, the hotel staff did not assist in finding local transport, which was very inconvenient. Overall, despite the good room size and location, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these major issues are addressed.

It was a stable experience the hotel rooms were quite clean and the staff behaviour was also nice.

location is very good & no pollution just opposite saryu river car parking is very near. staff is very polite

Good food , excellent location and moreover every time you can get electric cart type vehicle to go to Ram Mandir. Also whenever you want , you can take holy dip in River Sarayu and come back to hotel in no time. Staffs are also disciplined and courteous Charges are also Normal and usually on expected lines

location is awesome, it's near by Saryu and Lata Mangeshkar chowk. Food is not good now a days but morning tea is not available. Amenities are just ok. but location is really good and rooms are good.

The property is located at extremely prime location of Ayodhya, saryu ji ghats are walkable. Most of the govt official usually stay in this property hence they maintain cleanliness, as the govt operated Helipad is just in front of property. Considering the price AC standard can only accommodate 2 members at max as room is small, so it's not that much worth. But considering the calmness of saryu shore is unmatchable. If you are looking for a calm and piece of mind trip definitely you should book it, the nearby locality is also highly maintained. Only thing that lack was they mentioned breakfast included but actually it's not given. However it's recommended for peaceful and safe stay. They even allow early checkin

The hotel was good. But The restaurant staff talk too much with the customers and keep a close watch on them constantly with no privacy. The hotel is far from taxi or auto stand because of which the tourists staying in the hotel have to walk a long distance for the same and the staff doesn't help their customers to get the cab/ auto at the hotel for pick up

Good Location , Big Rooms , Prompt Room Service , Good food . Courteous and polite staff. However the property seems to be old and you can see the patch work. Higher priced than expected.

Very much spacious Rooms. Foods are very good, same as home made.. it is located at Saryu bank.. So, attending of Saryu Aarti & Saryu bath was very convinient ..

unnecessarily Overcharging for 2 coffee by 74 rupees , although it was included in Breakfast menu.. it's not about the money, but the malicious intent of the entire Staff
