Horrible Experience at Praveg Saryu Resort

very badly/poorly maintained property. The telephones in the room did not work. No hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes. The fruits served in the morning breakfast were not fully riped. Rooms provided were not at all upto the standard of the money charged. Won't recommend at all for anybody against the money being charged.vs facilities provided. Entrance road to the property was horrible.

Rooms The rooms were good although the bathroom did not have the AC which becomes a bit tough if the weather is warm. The snacks at the minibar have exorbitant prices. Please check them beforehand. Services The staff was friendly, helpful even but they have no contact with the local tour operators. They will arrange for a car if needed and they have a golf cart service running in the morning and afternoons, but the number of golf carts are very less vis a vis the number of guests. Food The food was tasty and of good quality. However the options are limited. If you have complimentary dinner, then they will give you to choose from a set menu with even more limited options. Location The location is quite near to the Lata Chowk(5 mins on foot). Also the Sarayu ghat Aarti and Ram ki paidi are in walking distance. Overall not a bad stay, it's just that the rates don't match the services. But again it is one of the few premium stays in Ayodhya at this point.

the overall stay was very good.... Food was delivered and staffs are also very welcoming and supportive. we were guided under Rahul Shrivastava who was very humble and guided us well regarding the sightseeing.

The location is good. Rooms (tent) are spacious and well equipped but need maintenance like phone was not working and toilet door had malfunctioning. Food is good but the restaurant staff is little untrained and are not very customer friendly. most disturbing part is that the restaurant bills are required to be paid upfront instead of charging it on the room.

It was a pleasant stay, breakfast was good. Just an issue that mini bar item cost was higher than mrp and after final bill they included taxes extra which ideally gets included in mrp.

Our stay at Praveg tent city Saryu in Ayodhya was comfortable and the entire family with 5 family members above age of 75 had a memorable experience thanks to the hospitality of the Praveg team. Especially We want to shout out the quality of food and every single item in the lunch and breakfast was excellently rated by entire family. Also we want to highlight the efforts and special care made by team to ensure we were able to circumvent the barricading enforced by local police and ensure minimal inconvenience to senior citizens. Areas of improvement - monkey menace to be controlled better

The experience was Horrible I felt as if I am there to get punished as Charges of Umbrella, keys etc mentioned in room....No one Visited room for water or to clean the room....Breakfast have limited stuff.....Altogether stay was not upto mark....Thanks
