The room was neat and clean when i initially checked in. There is fan, ac&geaser. The room boys are helpful. They did not clean the room everyday. No towels kept. No water bottles.

The location of the hotel is not ideal. Not well maintained. Not taken images. 3. You have charged a very higher tariff. Spot booking tariff was around per day

Hotel is very average one, not worth for it price of 4000+ per night, manager is accomodatative, we booked two rooms, he asked as to take one big room in second floor, no lift, after much argument, agreed to ro give the room, a/ c is not working properly

The hotel lacks an elevator. Cleaning not done even after check in done by guest and informed earlier. The balcony had to be cleaned on request. Though the property has been done up recently it lacks maintenance. No professional approach though rate is quite high. The ac switch had to be switched from lobby manager s counter. Mosquito and monkey menance in the area where hotel is located. Facilities had given only when demanded. Overall average experience though property was spruced up recently

No stay. No stay here, no room here when i called to manager. He denied to check in till 9th 7 am click. Hence we suffered and we did not acquire room till 6. 35 am. On 9th. Hence cancel-led my booking or shifting booking next days

It was a very great experience staying at shri harsh-an kutir, the people there are really nice. They took all the care that we could have a comfortable, and joyous stay at their property. It is indeed one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at and one of the best people. I have met.

The rooms were already reserved by govt, therefore though i paid for four days i was not allotted any room. I have lost my money, my experience with mm t is bad. If my paid amount is not refunded i will never book through mm t

Well maintained rooms

I have booked a room for three members and even at the time of booking i have paid the amount for three members, but the time of check-in they told us we will provide the facilities only for two members for the third member you have to pay an extra amount. They have not provided a pillow and other things to third members. When we said we have booked for three members they said we don't know if you have any issues talk with make my trip company and he said we don't know how mm t take bookings for three members because we allowing only two members in one room for extra person we will charge extra amount ac was there but not working, tv is not there.
