Hotel Gurudev Palace

Overall unhygienic. Unsafe with no fire exits and open wires hanging all over in a caged environment. Rooms are allotted on an adhoc basis irrespective of the category booked. Will not recommend.

Stay was ok, room is good but other amenities are so so. Food is not up to the mark. Can be better with more facilities and services

All thing is good room and washroom is good condition but limited food option.

Excellent service and comfortable room, food was good as well. They even packed our breakfasts since we had to checkout early.

Small cramped rooms, no readiness for the customers, dirty bed linen, no option for proper breakfast. Overall a bad experience. Value for money not received.

This hotel is not good he’s share other photo and give different room it’s to high rate for non ac to ac and this are outside from ayodhya. Bathroom it’s so dirty & room small badly

Front of hotel is good, but one another building of behind the hotel give non ac std room is very ordinary like temporary use in marriage etc. Other facility food, service and behavior of hotel staff is very good, cooperative and polite. But room is veer small and damp in floor.

Photos is deceptive. Hotel room & bathroom was very small, dirty, unhygienic, intolerable, suffocating and one cannot spend time in room due to bad smell, even in bathroom flush was not working, in basin down pipe sewer was not there. Bathroom was dirty and small. Rooms walls was having pan spit, rooms blanket and bedcover was very dirty and torened up with stains on it, dim light in room, bathroom gates were broken and drastic condition. Sadak pe rah le ya-ha book na kare. No amenities at all.

Room allocation was not good. No lift in hotel. We are old people and patients, in spite of our repeated request we were allotted rooms on second floor

Day time reception staff behaviour was not appropriate, harsh language was used, we will never like to go in gurudev hotels.
