Review Of Hotel Sai Pavilion

The property is situated very close to the Ashram's gate and is overall satisfactory if you are not looking for something too fancy but rather some place with the basic amenities. However I was very disappointed with the lack of flexibility regarding check out time as I had a late flight and also due to the fact that I checked in late at 20hr30 upon arrival. They could have shown a bit of leniency instead of asking

Location is near to gopuram gate which is walkable distance from Ashram. Room was clean and spacious enough for 1 family. Hotel staffs are cordial and helpful starting from cleaning room to allowing extra hour beyond check out period. overall it's reliable hotel to stay if you are coming with family.

Decent place, polite staff, excellent daily service. Nice place to stay , very close to Ashram. Enjoyed my stay

When we try to check in the hotel, the receptionist behaved very rude. He didn't give the time to take my id in the suitcase. So we didn't stayed in it. And we took another hotel near by. The total amount I paid fully lost. Thank you

Check in time as per mmts it is 12 pm but hotel says it is 2 pm

The Room was good & is at a walkable distance from Mandir. Did not interact with the staff much but overall a good play to stay in parti.

Location and foods are very fine

The stay was good. But could have been better. We faced a little problem with re-filling drinking water. The provision of the same could be done in the building so that we didn't have to send the security guard to re-fill it from Sai Towers (next building). Also we could have re-filled it whenever we wanted if the facility was there in the building itself

amenities good but service is not good. reception behaviour and speaking is not well . next time I am not prefer this hotel

in room Tv only Telugu channels are viewable since those paid channels alone subscribed. thouh politestaff are helpless since they have to seek permission from higherups for subscribing channels of other languages. No fridge facility in room though website says such facility available in room. otherwise hotel is ok in all other aspects

In terms of location it is very close to Baba’s ashram. The hotel accommodation was good . Kept neat and clean. Services were also good . I didn’t have food there as we were provided food in Prashanthi Nilayam.

The stay was nice except toilet. Toilet flus was not working properly due to less flow of water into this. This problem was found even in two rooms. I feel no body is checking this before reserving the room

Room is good, toilet is neat and clean, no water or power problem, but the attendant at reception if not available in late evenings, the key is being returned immediately upon calling reception, that way no issues

This hotel has seen better days and management. It is spacious but they clearly do not believe that cleanliness is next to godliness. The bathroom was dirty, used by previous guest. The comforter cover was not clean and the pillows inside were yellow and stained. I had to change the room a couple of times. Wi-fi was nonexistent even though i was assured of it before i booked. I couldn’t attend my work meetings. The reception staff were friendly but overall there is a lot of neglect on details and quality. If they can manage their internet and housekeeping services, this would be an excellent place to stay.

The hotel was good. Staff was courteous & friendly. However, parking isn’t available but they have fenced parking at a different location which is locked. Location of the hotel is perfect. Just opposite to gopuram gate. Room was clean enough. This is the go to hotel every-time we visit puttaparthy.
