Hotel was not up to the mark

They are clearly money minded and no proper road to the hotel and they have a car wash next to then which gives you so much of noise pollution even windows closed if it rains then good luck to you they are just not bothered about anything

Worst stay
Booked 2 executive double AC rooms, no facilities, no power backup for lift, no water in room. No hot water in room have to ask to switch on for hot water, have to ask for switch on AC. Also not working.

Poor Stay
Location is good. Staff is unprofessional. Ac was not working well. Tv too has some trouble. Intercom not working.

Bad staff
Responded very harshly. We actually booked in this Hotel. But due yo some reasons we planned in another Hotel. We requested to cancel my booking and due to its non- refundable they ignored. But way of talking to guests is very important. They can convince in a good manner.

Terrible
Dirty room and washroom. Due to rain the road outside the hotel was full of mud and water which made it impossible to walk. There are much better hotels available at cheaper rates. Don't get fooled.

Uncomfortable
The washroom was dirty, the mirror was full of watermarks and stains as it was not wiped after previous checked out. Even bed sheets were full of various sizes and color stains.

Amazing stay
Had very sweet and amazing stay in side. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff was very very helpful. Mr. Said j allowed us early check-in also. Must visited Hotel in Shirdi which very closed by sai Baba temple. Overall very good stay.

This Hotel is strategically located just 5 minutes walk from the temple
soloI have been staying in this Hotel since last 8 years ever since this Hotel was inaugurated. During those days in the year 2011 the hotels in Shirdi were apprehensive to allow a Solo visitor. After a Long travel from Mumbai when I reached Shirdi alone, totally exhausted on one of those summer afternoon, while all the reputed and branded hotels outright refused, Sai Palkhi and it's owner Vinod Ji welcomed me and offered accommodation. I will be forever grateful for that. On numerous occasion I have stayed here with my family and friends. The owner of this Hotel Vinodji personally ensured my comfort while he was the one who informed me that I can perform Satyanarayana Puja at Sai Baba temple. Along with the Darshan of Sri Sri Sai Baba performing Satyanarayana Puja is really a divine experience. He is extremely courteous and very helpful. Current manager Raj Ji is also very well behaved. He welcomed me with a cordial smile.

Excellent Stay
5 minutes walk to temple, Hotel staffs are very friendly and especially Mr. Sairaj. We have a very pleasant stay at Sai Palkhi.

Nice stay
Manager/reception was were proactive and helpful and location of hotel is prime very near to shrine and peaceful.
The cleaning maid comes only in the morning. Being a visit to holy place, people generally leave early for visit to the shrine and pray. In max case the rooms remain locked and even dustbins inside rooms were left unattended. Had to give a call to room service to get it emptied. Maid should be made available for cleaning at odd/afternoon hours.
