Excellent Stay for an affordable
I went and stayed for just more than 24 hrs. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free pickup service available for commuters. Special mention: Cleanliness, Location (right in the middle of the market)

Good Stay
It was a good stay in Hotel Sai Place, food was not available at the hotel, since the hotel was situated in the main city. There was an option for food as well as bhojnalaya.

Good place to stay
Nearer to railway station one can reach there easily. Room was clean, welcoming and very very friendly staff. They arrange food on demand, they allow online food delivery like Swigy, also provide plates etc for online delivered food. Staff behaviour and supportive nature is excellent.

Hotel room is ok but hotel doesn't have kitchen. Even tea is brought from outside.

Centrally located, very close to satna rlwy stn. Managed by very cordial and friendly mr. Sunil and anil khilani. Rooms and washrooms are tidy and well maintained. Good property at 1000- for a day. Only limitation-no lift.

Although the hotel not equipped with all the facilities but the hotel persins are so kind and friendly. They even drop you if the are free in the respective stations.

The property's location is every strategically helpful as is well approachable for travel purposes. The amenities are good. The service is excellent.
