The bathroom of the hotel was very pathetic.

Room is not clean and washrooms are dirty and suggest-able

No room vacant, even booked through your app, neither refund received yet. Very bad very bad. Very. Bad,

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in my entire life. The receptionist was very careless. While entering the hotel I showed him the booking confirmation in mobile he denied at first look when I showed him the payment made he finally agreed to give the Key. While climbing up the stairs, asked him if towel and soap, water bottle available in the room. For that he responded, this hotel doesn't have the habit of giving it to customer. When I entered the room, the room was very stinky and found so many waste things which were left the earlier guests, it was not cleaned at all. The bed sheet and the pillow had so much hairs and it was too dirty. Night Mare is when I entered the wash-room, there is no flush in the toilet, the washbasin already had 5 literature if water soaking the just and bucket was so sticky that it almost stuck in my hand. The hand water pipe for toilet is not working. Asked if you guys have Wi-Fi, he laughed at it. TV was there but it never worked in my 2 days stay. I immediately walked down to the reception and told him to change my room and I am even ready to pay extra, his response was we have the same problem with all the rooms.
