Review Of Hotel Sai Geeta

We are really giving this hotel only a single star. We reached on 15th August. We had booked this hotel through the MakeMyTrip app and paid the amount in advance a day before. But when we arrived, the hotel staff said they had no record of our online booking and asked us to contact the online service. Only after I showed them the invoice copy of the booking, they finally gave us a room. It was a really bad experience. Next time, I will not use the MakeMyTrip app or stay at this hotel.

There was lack of cleanliness. Bathroom was super dirty. Room was not maintained properly. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty, they seemed to be used ones.

Very unhygienic flush is not working

At the time of booking i was shown 2 double bed in 1 room and i booked for 4 adults but i got only 1 double bed at the hotel and no one resolved my issue.

Dirty washroom, no hand wash, no body wash, no toothpaste and no drinking water, bedsheets and pillow covers are dirty. It's not worth it against money i was paid. Fan is very noisy, tv is not working and electric plugs are not working. It's an unpleasant stay with hotel after that paying approx rs. 1600 room charged

Bed and blanket quality doesn't match with room fare, old tv, poor old phone doesn't work for communication, bathroom accessories very poor

If you are traveling for shirdi pilgrimage, this hotel should be avoided. It less of hotel more of a dharamshala. Rooms are basic. Blankets are dirty. If you are 2 persons you have to ask for extra blanket. Room is not as per the pics shared on mmt. Basic toiletries are not provided in the room. You have to bring your own handwash. You have to rush to reception every-time for anything, no intercom or phone service available. Got water is available on fix timinig only. Price is over hyped.

It is best for family and friends stay with good facilities in reasonable price. Near the walking distance to temple. Room service is reasonably good.

Untidy rooms, zero maintenance, careless staff, no room has real air conditioners they just have some vintage window ac which doesn't work at all. Power controls of the ac are in the reception and don't expect to get cool air. I would give any kind of negative rating on this Hotel. Worst experience I had ever. To make my trip, please stop suggesting this Hotel in every search.

Nice stay, very comfortable, food also good at reasonable price, location is also very near to Sai temple.

Can be used only for freshen up as they provide room on chargeable hourly.
