Property was good but given room was pathetic. so many cockroaches on bed, in bathroom, in cupboard. Not intercom in the room for SOS. Less professionalisme

Very horrible experience with this hotel, no one is there in reception to attend the customers or take care of customers. Leaving the hotel receptionist went away somewhere if we want to ask something or even if we have some emergency no one is there to attend us. They didn't even provide kettle for hot water for baby hotel is too munch away nothing will be available

Room ambiance very bad, ac in efficient & water leakage in head side of bed on both pillow, all curtains totally torn and very dirty. No chair in room. Tv facility not available. No cupboard for cloth hanging, cracked walls, etc. Overall rooms are in very bad shape.

Location of the property was 1. 5 km. It was showing 30 meters since the property was under pest control treatment no food was served which was not reflected. Amenities was average. Since the hotel was under pest conno service was provided.

It's convenient to stay here especially for temple visit. It is clean and the receptionist is very helpful for arranging for travel
