Location is about one km from sai temple, it is just 100 mtr inside from main road. Room was clean and rent is reasonable.

Poor hotel sta
Location was good but hotel is terrible, the staff specially the reception gay was very ignorant and didn't reply to us as well as didn't attend our complaint. No light in washroom and hot water is not available at night ( after 4 pm. Totally waste of money, never ever recommend this hotel. Also, please do not show such kind of hotel, it lowers your rating

Humiliation by hotel
Was denied check in as they gave rooms to other tourists for higher prices. Not ready to listen to us nor was answering calls of customer care. And asked us to leave the premises in rude manner

Terrible place to stay
familyWe had booked 3 rooms with first room to accommodate 5 adults and two children, second room and third room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children respectively. In return, we got only two rooms initially which can barely accommodate two adults only. After a lot of arguments, we got another room for two adults. On top of it, there was no extra mattresses for adjusting the remaining person. Jo drinking water was provided. The ac was kept at reception and after almost 45 minutes the ac was switched on.

Average hotel, not maintained well
coupleAc was not functioning properly. Pillows were hard as a rock. Room service can be improved.

Hotel stay was decent
Hotel stay was decent, rooms were today and clean nothing to complain on it but. Manager sai raj was greedy for money. The hotel was tied up with orange travels and we booked orange travels and arrived 3 hours before check in time but that greedy man asked for full day money i requested him to consider for atleast half charge and he has no smile also on face to greet people and always quarrels with other customers asking for money. Will never visit this hotel again and won't recommend

Experience with apple sai residency
Location is 1. 5 kms from the temple. The hotel has an arrangement with a auto driver who picks up early morning and drops at the temple for rs. 50. Cleanliness is awful. But the owner was courteous and upgraded us to a suite. However his staff was quite rude and behaved as though they were doing us a favor. The manager mr. Sai raj is a gem of a person. We paid - for three nights. I regret since for that quality we could have found a nearby hotel probably for a lower price. It seems that this hotel best serves the need of groups who probably halt for a night. But the silver line in the cloud is mr. Sai raj who is a great sai devotee and you will learn a lot about baba.
