Review Of Hotel Rukmani Palace

There was no soap, no towel, only one time cleaning in two days, electric current shock in bathroom Tap. Manager behaviour was excellent and very good but there is a need for some improvement in hotel service.

The property is located on the outskirts of Khatu Shyam. It was very difficult to reach the hotel by my own car. It is a newly built budget hotel. The owner of hotel was very helpful in guiding us for everything for reaching the hotel, going for darshan. True gem of a person, very polite, humble and too much helpful. Love him for that. The only Issue with the room was there were loads of pests in the room coming from outside somehow. I got pissed off with this experience. Now this could be due to current rainy season. But it was very pathetic experience. Other than that the rooms were clean, bathrooms was very clean and bedsheets, matress, ac everything was in good condition. No other hygeine issues observed. Recommended for a budget stay, but should be avoided in rainy season to avoid pests in your room and this pest issue was there at all nearby places close to the hotel.
