There is no arbitrary "capping", we serve one order per person from a fixed menu for CP plans and this is clearly mentioned during booking. • Room size and pricing: Our prices reflect our proximity to Khatu Shyam Ji Temple and seasonal demand. Room sizes are clearly mentioned during booking, and we encourage guests to choose categories as per their convenience. • Access: During busy times, vehicles are sometimes banned in the entire town. Yet we bring you to the hotel without any hassle, we make every effort to ensure that our guests do not face any such hassle, but you should also understand that the police or the administration do not work for us personally. • Room service: We take quality of service seriously. Your feedback is shared with our team for immediate corrective action. We’re proud of the many positive reviews from guests , However, we also value constructive criticism and remain committed to continuous improvement. Complimentary breakfast is part of CP plan, which has one serving for one person with a fix menu which is clearly mentioned on booking platform. We do not charge for breakfasts for Children up to 8 years and in your case, we did not charge for breakfast. We are also addressing the concerns about our staff's approach to guest requests to ensure a more supportive and welcoming environment in the future. Temple is at approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel but sometimes on special occasions or when there is excessive crowd, the regular darshan route is changed by the administration, due to which it may take some extra time to visit the temple. jai shree shyam
