Rude staff behaviour, room services was very poor, not standard for mmtp. Bathroom toilets water not available. Parking not available as per mention mmtp. Rooms / bed sheets not clean daily basis. Foods quality was very poor.

Wastage of money i checkout same day after 1 hour

Teared bed sheet, duty sofa, moisture on walls, one towel on asking, no brush,comb, Soap । no fan in the room•. Due to bad condition of room , we can’t click pics

Property nicely placed, near to mall road problem for sr. Citizen to approach food nice. Safety part seems to be ok

Pathetic hotel. My parents visited hotel rudra, dalhousie on 18th may 2022 at 4. 00 pm. All payment was made of rs 4200 for 2 nights in advance through make my trip. They not attended my parents well. Even room was not ready. Only one waiter was in the hotel and was saying that he doesn't has any information about my booking. My parents left the hotel at 7. 00 pm on 18th may (1st day of booking) and shifted to other hotel. I will never do booking from make my trip in future. Thanks.

My stay was good hotel was good rooms were small but i booked through mmt for one day but on second day i continued my stay in that property but the rates given to me my mmt for booking as higher as compared to walkin check in so that’s little disappointed. Nope that’s it thanks

Food and service average its not good

Poor location, rooms are not clean and you have to ask each time for basic things which should be available beforehand like towel, soap, clean glass. Even the intercom was not working when we need it the most during night time. Not value for money.

Location is good but no parking facility available. Room heater is not included in the room price. Breakfast and Staff behavior was really good. Overpriced hotel based on the room quality compared to others.

Average food and poor service, take time to serve.

Average stay. Location is very good. In centre of market place. But rooms are very average. Better to pay more and book another Hotel there are plenty in garam sarak and road connecting gandhi chowk to Subhash chowk.

Overall very nice experience and good quality. Good value in that money. It was very nice stay from all perspective like lock, facility, money and food.

We we given a room whose door and 2 windows were opening on a walkway for Hotel, no privacy at all, since room was on walkway every time guest and waiters were walking past, standing near windows of room, till 1 o clock it was noisy, they had other rooms in Hotel too which they should give to a couple traveller. A room on a walkway with no privacy, every time you have pool standing in front of your door and room window, lack of water supply in Hotel, in the bathroom there were worms, the staff was fine however Hotel manager should have an understanding of room allotment.

The hotel rooms are awesome but parking for car is bit issue as the hotel parking is far away from main road.

Decent hotel, soft spoken staff, great location and reasonable rate. Food could have been better but still not bad. Overall 4 out of 5.

I have been in this hotel from 12 th to 14 th May 2018. Location of hotel is little far from Gandhi junction. Staff of the hotel were polite and helpful.

Good room, good location good service friendly staff and food was very good

The room was good but hotel environment was very bad at night there was some boys who is making noise disturbing to sleep. And no one stopped them they was drinking infront of our room and knocking again and again. Gyser was not working proper. Its a very bad experience first time with MMT
