One of the worst hotels we have stayed

The hotel has 2 other hotels nearby we had booked our stay in dalhousie hills but hotel at the time of arrival without noticing us shifted us to other hotel of their own holiday inn hotel. Staff including owner is very rude and not supportive. There are security issues also at hotel. Will surely recommend not to visit hotel again it was pathetic experience we had

Dear manjeet first, i wants to thank you for your feedback, while i wished you had a better experience with us. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience. In your case, it was a rainy season and you felt stagnant. As per your requests we keep changing your room everyday three different rooms for three days so that to make your stay comfortable. Moreover all the food we prepares in our hotel are fresh and hygienic and on order basis. Which increase our cost as compare to road side dhaba. We still waive off yours all the food bill, due to all the drama created by your family at the time of check out which i don't wants disclose on this open format. Small bathroom with not proper flush. Opted for 4 occupancy room but there was a single bed for 2 person. Had to sleep on floor on rugged mattress.

Nice budget Hotel at banikhet, beautiful decorations, nice food and restaurant, owner Mr. tondon was very supportive. Improvement in bed sheets and bed will be highly appreciated. But overall excellent stay.
