The owner is very cooperative. He help us regarding our tour. The room is average in view of cleaning

Hotel was not good for staying. There was bad smell in the room. Bathroom was very small and cleaning was not proper

No electricity, less staff, no water, no lift in the hotel, location is not the proper place on google map. No water

The stay was comfortable, room was clean and hygienic

Not clear much dirty even boas smell form room hotel owner is good.

Toilet is not clean, room is smelling

Convenient as it is in the proximity of the city however a bit dirty and unkempt. Bed linen is stained and cleanliness took a beating. No proper amenities. Bathroom is cluttered and broken taps etc. Unhygienic place altogether

I stayed in this hotel on 27th february. Room Ac & tv not in working condition. Even there is no working charging point. I have to go at the reception for charging of the mobile phone. But the behavior of the staff are good.

All the facilities of this hotel from room service to room facility and staff behavior everything was very good. In the coming time, if I get a chance to come to Chittorgarh, then I will definitely stay in this hotel. Thank you so much Team Hotel Ruchika.

I have booked double bed with ac but they provided me single bed without ac, saying that they have given my room to somebody. & now all room already booked so u have to stay with this or cancel your booking. That poor experience, poor management.
