Horrible washroom. Broken bed back. Room not clean. Utensils not provided for room dinning for food. Overcharged water bottles. Very limited breakfast items. Unhygienic bed blanket

Room cleanness is not so good. I booked 3 seated room but available only two seated. How can online booking permitted for 3 seated room.
