Poor service staff behaviour is not good We had to carry the stuff up to the first floor ourselves.

Room was very good & clean also staff behaviour is very appreciable. Restaurant facilities, swiming pool, room service every thing is very good.

Breakfast was not good (Maggie was one of the main dishes served in breakfast , Real fruit juice wereserver instead of actual fruit juice , aalu paratha was burnt ) room door was jammed and I was staying in room no 307 same room and bathroom door was jammed and not locking

The stay was okay, we booked a deluxe suite and the room was well maintained except for the washroom door and their service was a little laid back. Food is overpriced and okay in taste. Overall it was a decent stay

I stayed at your hotel recently and was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic facilities and overall management: There was no electricity for almost an hour at night, causing significant discomfort and safety concerns. There was no water in the bathroom, making it impossible to use essential facilities. The room telephone was not working, leaving no way to contact staff during the outage. To make matters worse, there was no one at the reception to assist or provide any information during this time. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of responsibility from the hotel management. Guests expect at the very least reliable access to electricity, water, and communication, especially during emergencies.

no water for shower in room 214 they are short of staff... during breakfast I told for an masala omlette but I think they forgot....the same person is at reception restaurant...to carry luggage....bad taste in mouth...they should learn ...staff unprofessional

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Pratap Palace I recently had the misfortune of staying at [Hotel Name] from 14th Aug'25 to 17th Aug'25, n unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was allotted had a defective lock, which was a major inconvenience. Every time I needed to enter or exit the room, I had to call the staff to unlock it for me. This not only wasted my time but also made me feel insecure. To make matters worse, my car was damaged in the hotel's parking lot. A bull somehow got into the parking area and not only broke the backlight of my car but also left a dent on the rear bumper. It was shocking to see such negligence in maintaining the parking area. Given the issues I faced, I would not recommend to anyone. The hotel needs to work on improving its room maintenance and parking security to provide a comfortable and safe stay for its guests. *Rating:* 0/5 stars *Advice:* Unless the hotel takes concrete steps to address these issues, I would suggest looking elsewhere for accommodation.

Property is good but the service of the staff, room service is too bad. Rest all the things are good

U selected this hotel considering the brand of Make my trip but the experience is horrible. There is no support staffs in the hotel, washroom is not well maintained and very old fittings, the washroom door was difficult to close. Even after several call they failed to serve the morning tea in the room and finally it was so frustrating that I checked out at 8AM in the morning— Pls exclude this hotel from you list otherwise you have to compromise your Brand equity.

For Room service only one single staff. Washroom are not cleaned properly. Bathroom fittings such as washbasin tap was rotating and not fixed. After lots of argument they changed the room which was small and average.The food is spicy even after telling them to make less spicy still it was made more spicy.

it's the worst property i have ever seen. Not hygienic, dirty all the location inside the room & the smell was horrible. Washroom totally can't use. Breakfast was not at all tasty

Property was attractive from outside but room are not maching the price. Because of early checking they provide me the executive room. But when I enter the room and check the bathroom, toilet seats were not cleaned. It was not as per my expectation. prices are two high
