Bedsheet are very dirty,and combel also dirty, Not proper service , bathroom also dirty. Not feel good.

The property has very poor sanitation irrespective of the type of room you take. I took deluxe room but could not even stand in the bathroom. Bathroom was very dirty and taps were not working. Services were not provided. Not even a bottle of water was given, bedsheets were dirty. Overall its a waste of money. I will not refer this hotel to anyone. Not worth of a single penny.

At the time of booking it was shown that room is 225 sq.ft. but a on actual it is 100 sq.ft. only.

Need for development in service.

It is more of a dharamshala not hotel. You get a room with TV, fan and Indian toilet.

No food or restaurant available at Hotel

Only plus point about the hotel is location of the hotel. Otherwise you will face misery. First & foremost only few rooms have western styled toilet and it's up to your luck what you will get and if you are travelling with aged people and get Indian style rooms, and even though you request to change rooms, owner is very adamant to change room. Cleanliness is biggest issue. Windows can't be firmly packed even if you closed it so you face cold issues specifically in winter. Getting hot water is again big issue. Hotel do not have own pantry and having dinner after 21:00 at this location is big task.

Rooms are not as per the tariff. I have stayed there during my visit but overall experience is very bad. At the time of check-in owner mark a room and the room is totally smelling in sinking after intervention on MMT room has been shifted but the other room is also not as per the tariff blanket in the room also smelling.

It was a bad experience I had while staying this hotel as could not get the room which we booked. Rooms are not clean. Had paid extra money at hotel for staying in good room. Behavior of staff not good.
