The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Washrooms are decent but need some improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. Room service is average and could use a little more attention. The major issue is with the power backup — electricity goes off multiple times a day, and during that time, you can’t use the AC, TV, or even call the reception. The food quality also needs improvement. I ordered paneer paratha and a cheese grilled sandwich — the paneer in the paratha was almost missing, and the sandwich portion was very small (you’d need around five sandwiches for a proper breakfast). Some menu items were unavailable too, like missi roti. Another thing to note is that the rooms are not soundproof — you can hear all the noises from outside the gallery. So, if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this might not be the best choice. On the positive side, the staff behaviour was good — polite and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the station and easily reachable on foot. However, if you’re looking for a fort view, you won’t get it from this property. Overall, it’s a decent stay but needs improvement in cleanliness, food quality, power backup, and soundproofing to make the experience better.

located centrally, this place is easily accessible. The rooms are clean and well maintained. AC does work and is not pre programmed. Service team is responsive and fast.

I had a deeply disappointing stay at this hotel. After booking and paying for a specific room type in advance, we arrived late at night (exhausted from travel), only to find the hotel had downgraded us without even asking. We weren’t offered any explanation or apology. Since it was so late, we had no choice but to stay—there weren’t any other options at that hour. Adding insult to injury, when we questioned the downgrade, the staff acted like it was normal and even tried to make us pay extra just to get the room we originally booked! Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I’d never trust this place again, and I strongly advise others to be wary—your reservation clearly means nothing to them.

It was nice place near to railway station & hotel is vry clean. & staff is very helpful. I would recommend for this.
