Good for a short stay, but can improve in terms of facilities and quick service. • Room: Comfortable and clean, but interiors looked a little old. • Service: Staff was polite, but response time was sometimes slow. • Food: Tasty but limited options in the menu.

Extremely bad hygiene ... Denial of service when asked for a room change. Could not even stay there and hence had to opt out and move to a different hotel. Finally lost my money ! And MakeMyTrip denied support also.

location is far from main road, worst amenities,dirty place,and safety issues,even mini suiet room is not hygiene

I stayed here with my friends — the rooms look good but need better maintenance. The restaurant is not great; they also serve food to the room. The location is completely on the outskirts of the city, so you won’t find transport easily. Be mindful of this when booking. Also, the cost is high

Hotel is not well maintained. There is hardly anyone at reception. Also bathroom is not clean. Breakfast is very ordinary with limited options. Definitely not worth the price specially since it is outside city limits

very poor hospitality. 1. no one at the parking lot and at the fate 2. one of the helping staff was sitting at the lobby, feet on the sofa, watching a loud video.. not bothered about the guest 3. after check in the guest prior to me was given a water bottle to carry to room and I did not get a bottle as there was no stock. there was no water bottle in the room. 4. After repeated calls and after one hour 3 250ml bottles were provided. 5. commode was dirty 6. commode too close to the front wall 7. no sheet on the mattress 8. wall paint peeled off. 9. food was served after 1 hour and 20mts of ordering 10. Garbage collected outside the room

I booked this hotel based on MakeMyTrip's high rating, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. At check-in, there was no power or backup—I had to wait 20 minutes, still no electricity. The room was filthy, full of dust, and the bathroom was worse than a public toilet. Towel, kettle, glasses—everything was dirty. The bed cover even had a bloodstain! When I asked for another room, I was told the current one was the “best” they had. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. I regret booking this hotel and trusting MMT's rating system. Totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I strongly urge MMT to de-list the hotel with immediate effect

Room and wash room smelling bad - poor service from restaurant / nobody attends phone call for cleaning the plates - have to go to reception and complaints then they will send

Good & Clean place, rooms are precious, staff os courteous. I travelled for business & experience was satisfactory. Thanks to Mr Naik who manage the property for dropping me at station with whom I had good conversation. I will surely recommend this for families, business travellers.

Had a pleasant stay with good ventilation and was peaceful as the hotel was on the outskirts. Food also good and no need to look for nearby.

Booking experience and stay was comfortable. Rooms were neatly made however slight inconvenience caused since room service was a bit slow. Bathrooms were clean and no bad odour. Nice place to stay and near to railway station as well.

We reached very late at around 10pm due to travel there was a big fight going on. And one guy was very aggressive and was charging at us. The kids and women were very scared there was no light at hotel entrance during this episode and overall was not a plea-sent experience.

Very bad rooms. Not hygienic at all. Not worth for money. Washroom was not clean. I had to call the relation multiple times to get the room changed. Basic hygiene is not maintained.

Room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom is bit shabby. There are very little options for buffet breakfast. Owner is very well behaved. Bar and restaurant both are available here.

Pro : hotel room is neat and clean, spacious. No bad odour and ac is ok con: liquor selling is attached and this is common in all hotels in raichur. Hotel is nearly 5 kms away from station and main market. No public transport, need to depend on auto. Good choice for those travel-ling in their own vehicle.
