The rooms are shabby, poorly maintained, and far below any reasonable standard. This is not just unprofessional, No one should ever have to worry about their safety in a hotel room, and this place has crossed every limit . If you value your privacy, safety, and peace of mind, stay far away from this hotel

Bathroom are worst , and space provided for driver is worst than garbage dump ..very poor maintenance

Lodge is clean & hygiene staff are behave nice overall worth for the money, and location is heart of the city

Stayed here for 2 days & the hospitality was too good & even the staff were also very supportive. Best rooms with good amenities.

Rooms are spacious. Good place to stay if in Raichur. The food in restaurant is also good. They should provide toiletries with price they are charging. Bed and lenin can be better.

Nice hotel for stay. A big room is their and the staff is very polite and the other staff is also very good water bottles are provided

The hotel was too dusty. And it has a bar and restaurant right on the top floor. It’s just a place for ppl to stay after getting drunk and party. But the food was good.

Stay is value for money but breakfast is not good and heigiene

Rooms were big enough, but toilet is worst, no proper lock, no cleanliness, no water in the evening, bad odour in toilet.

The stay was not comfortable. The hotel does not have it's own restaurant. The phone @ room was not working, room service & house keeping is almost not there. The rooms are only big but not clean & hygienic. There is only bar & restaurant on the terrace. The hotel is not suitable for family stay.

The stay was not bad, but it will be more comfortable if have some small arrangements like 1)tea making an electric kettle for warm water/tea 2)room slippers 3) shower gel 4) dental kit etc * the bathroom was not so clean

Room was dirty with cockroaches, sheets were not cleaned and a lot of stains all over. They turn off the ac after 30 minutes of check in. Fan runs in either 5 speed or doesn’t run at all. So you have a full on fan on your fan if you need to keep mosquitoes away. It is either the full speed fan blowing on your face or lot of mosquitoes that will not let you sleep. Plus the bathroom, which has never been cleaned. Had to wear slippers to take shower as well. Cannot step on bare foot anywhere on the room or bathroom. Endless problems, nothing positive to say. We were glad we had to stay just one night. It was intolerable experience in the hotel

It was the worst experience, i had booked including breakfast but they didn't offer a cup of tea. It's very cheap compared to the local hotels.

Place is not kept hygiene and no proper hot water. Hospitality is very bad

Ambience is good, clean & hygiene rooms. Excellent service by hotel staff. Food also delicious.
