Good room and facilities at laxmi sai residency and water is sufficient and bath room is ok. Not had any food but facilities ar3 ok

The rooms are the worst maintained workers come to the room while smoking and soaps water bottles and towels are not provided need to ask them continuously for those things.

Beds are ok. Pols ask for non-smokers explicitly if you need one. Reception does not speak any other language except kannada. Should provide breakfast. We booked two rooms and of one of rooms did not get hot water in bathroom.

Staff responded is good, nice room but update washrooms interiors and exterior are also luks very good

Not proper electricity was available with in 24 hours 6 to 7 hours i stayed without electricity receptionist not properly responding to customer's care what we will ask means they said no for that one

I booked in mm t but i waited nearly 45 min to get the room horrible ac is not working and room is full of mosquitos

Ceiling had holes, room was stinky when we open window room will be full of mosquitoes. Else rooms are decent

I checked in late in the night for my 1-night stay. Things were broken…. The wood on the door frame was broken making the latch on the front door useless. The shower head was mostly blocked by deposits over time and some leakage on the top, it was hard to take a good shower. The sprayer pipe in the toilet had a leak causing water bursting out to unwanted places and difficult to use. The bed and pillows had lot of hairs that seemed like they hadn’t cleaned them after previous guest. The wall paint in the room had come off at many places. Old and unmaintained furniture. It was so bad that I felt fortunate not to have checked in earlier. :( The bed on my sleeper coach was a lot cleaner. It was just waste of my money. Not a good hotel for a single person, surely not for family.

It was full a mosquitoes in the room, not cleaned, doors don’t have proper locks. It was scary and nightmare.

Filthy bathrooms. Unclean bedsheets, pillow covers and quilt was laden with hair. Extremely poor service and assistance. Charged a hefty amount.

Overall experience was average. Ac and fan are not working properly, even when ac is working it’s not getting proper air to feel and then fan is rotating very slow even at high mode. Walls are so moist and paint is peeling off.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but after entering, i found that while flushing the toilet, water was leaking from the commode into the bathroom, and the jet spray was leaking. Also received a dirty bath towel.

It's an old building and the building condition is not good. Amenities not provided properly. Location wise it is near to bus stand

Hotel was very clean well maintained staff are also friendly over all 8 out of 10 had good time and good space

It’s very bad experience i have when i listen this after at last they given bad room which doesn’t have key proper bed sheet room full of insects fan condition also not good. Only luck they given one room to stay night that’s it.
