utterly shocking and terrible experience

It was a shock to see the hotel. there is literally no one there. It is out of town and we couldn’t even get a bottle of water leave alone toiletries. No water to use the restroom in the morning. We reached there at 7 ,sat throughout the night in fear as there was no one there, no light also in the lobby. We left early in the morning around 5 am. It was such a terrible experience. Not even a bottle of water was supplied.

Worst hotel, service is very bad. There is no one in reception to respond our calls. Solo travellers dont plan to stay here. This place doesn’t feel safe.
