Excellent service and good location

The bathroom was not cleaned and was in the bad condition no good service at all

its a good olace for budget stay for a day or two, the rooms and washroom are clean and hygenic. the hotel staff is very welcoming, although not sufficient in number.. 👍🙏

It's too worst hotel, there is no reception and the toilet rooms were not in a good position. Water taps in the bathroom were not operating. For breakfast we have to go to another hotel and there are no room boys for service. Telephones are not available in the room and we have to shout if we need anything. Overall i don't recommend this to stay.

No phone to call limited breakfast buying from out side. Ac is not working properly. No room service

Worst hotel. Never go to this place with family. The pictures shown are very deceptive and reality is completely different. There's no proper reception, receptionist or room boys. The lodge is on the 3rd floor and no one to ask if i need help to carry luggage. This hotel is only for people who would like to party with friends and certainly not for families or travellers. The bed was in pathetic condition. Bathroom and very slippery and comode wasn't cleaned at all. Never go to this place.

Good rooms and ambience, food option must be more

I checked in late night. They put the shutter down @ 11 and afterwards you keep roaming for hours, you won't find a place to enter the hotel

Once i reached the property, the receptionist told me that hotel santosh is not there anymore and it has been closed. The name of the hotel has been changed to rnr hotel. In spite of booking a room well in advance and making full payment, there were no rooms available. Terrible experience.

I stayed there for 4 days. There was no hot water, no dustbin, no complementary water bottle, no glasses in room, in the name of complementary breakfast they serve a piece of dosa from any near by hotel which may or may not be hygienic place. For every order you have to pay amount, there is no option of settling the bill at the checkout. Room service is so bad that you will get a water bottle after 2 hours. It was my worst stay ever. Hope it will improve in days to come.
