Rating: ⭐ 1/5 Review: Worst experience and absolutely not worth the money. • No newspaper or promised complimentary items. • Leaky toilet and AC that sounded like a jet engine. • Smoky smell in the room, bugs in the bed, and dirty sheets and pillows—we had to use our own bedding. • When we asked for the complimentary items shown during booking, staff did not respond. This place should be removed from the recommended hotel list.

Poor quality and cleanliness of blankets. There were no towels or mineral water as mentioned in the profile. Toilets are not user friendly. Average room.

I had a mixed experience. The location was lovely, but the room didn't quite meet my expectations. The food was okay, and the service was decent, although it was a bit delayed.

Facilities in the hotel are good.

Booked Deluex double but was alloted a Single bed Unhygenic pillows without pillow covers

Toilet was not neat and clean, taps not working properly and their was leakage in the conceal tank

The overall experience is good However the cleanliness in rest rooms can be improved

Restaurant staff is not trained , neither polite. Thy need lessons in hospitality. House keep staff was good.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The room smelled like a mix of damp clothes and expired cleaning products, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. The bathroom? A horror show mold on the walls, a shower that barely worked, and towels that felt like sandpaper. The food was somehow worse than the room. The menu promised fresh and delicious cuisine, but what I got was tasteless, cold, and likely reheated leftovers. The breakfast buffet looked like it had been sitting out for days, and the coffee was so bad it made instant coffee taste gourmet. Service? Nonexistent. When I complained about the dirty sheets, the staff shrugged and acted like I was being unreasonable. The entire experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Thank you

Horrible experience, no hot water available, old window ACs in the room, which are very noisy, lack of staff for providing even water bottle. Breakfast included had only one variety served.

Excellent location, very good food, facilities are good. Nearness to EV charging or availability of atleast a slow charging facility at hotel will be of great help.

Expensive to available ambience in food n stay, Maintenance n hygiene of washrooms needs upgradation, need split A/c n at proper place to be installed, upgradation of house keeping

Air condition was not working properly. Also plumping had issues in bathroom.
