Not happy stay

Washroom was not good. Flush was not working. Room was spacious. I had only issue with the washroom of the room I didn't liked it at all. So it was a not a happy stay for me.

The staff was rude

The facilities and all in the Hotel was good but still I would rate it the lowest as the staff was very arrogant and not at all helpful. My stay was supposed to be for three days but I had to check out after the first day and while checking out the manager promised the refund which never came. Each time when the manager is called the behavior is found to be not at all comforting.
