Stay was good, improvement can be made on room design and furnitures Food was good Location is a bit far from Hazaribagh town which makes it inaccessible at night time as conveyance is an issue if you avail public transport

Room was good, property location is ok. Service is disaster. Even minimum amminites like hot water, drinking water was not served properly.

Excellent Stay

It is most value for money hotel. I am middle class ready to sacrifice a little comfort for saving money. Hence i expected lower comfort and standerd than what i received. Specially neatly ness, hygiene are better than the standerd.

The hotel was tidy, but the menu had limited choices. Unfortunately, the music from the banquet hall was audible in my room. There were quite a few visible pipes in the bathroom. On the positive side, the bathroom itself was well-kept and clean. However, the bedding appeared to be a bit old.
