amenities and services are not up to the mark. I asked for strat television but television was without set-up box box they bring after 1 hr then there was not recharge during these formalities match was over

The property is located in the outskirts of the city. Own conveyance is a must for local movement. Food is decent. Service is good. People are polite. Property is very big with swimming pool.

Hotel is well accessible from city roads. Staff was courteous. Hotel has large parking space for 4 wheelers. I drove in car. Has a swimming pool. Great for family. Has in campus park for walk. Beautiful and scenic too. Lot of families and kids were seen on my day of visit. I recommend for families especially who want large and free in campus car parking space with great amenities and comfortable stay at large rooms, large beds, sofa and all provided inside the hotel rooms.

I needed to stop for the night on my way to Varanasi. I opted for this hotel mainly for the parking facility, which was really spacious. But beyond that the hotel is actually sub standard. Bathroom is ill equipped. Both hot and cold taps delivered hot water, making it super inconvenient. Few caged pet parrots kept near front desk that squeak all the time would break my sleep repeatedly. Hazaribagh was pretty dry and the uncontrolled airconditioner made it worse. There are no facility to make some tea in the room. The condition of the bed and bath linen didn't inspire confidence. In conclusion I would say this hotel has great unrealised potential.

The hotel does not provide even the basic amenities. We had to request them to provide us with drinking water.The tap in one room was broken, when we informed them they said that they'll repair it and yet didn't do as promised.we had to change the room, fortunately they could do us that favour at least. Now coming to the main issue, the food.The hotel should sack the kitchen staff for providing food of that low quality. The kitchen does not have the basic idea how to cook basic things, they just throw stuff in the pan and expect things to cook by itself. Poorly managed, terrible administration. Not recommended.

Doesnt have staff that have basic etiquettes to behave and talk to customers. They are only interested in money and money but not focused on comfort, convenience and experience of the customer

The hotel was by far the best property i have stayed at in a tier 2 city with a very polite host, great room and food

Location is very good, room was very neat and clean, service was very quick and fast, wifi was too fast. Food was not good because whatever i ordered they just deliver in 10 min.
