The rooms were untidy and much smaller than expected. The charges were on the higher side considering the facilities. The washroom had water dripping issues, which made the stay uncomfortable. Hotel is not properly maintained. Make as to shift from one room to another due non functional of basic amenities like toilet flush, air conditioning, etc.

Not at all a value for money hotel. Service is poor. When entered, they had just handed over a key and I had to find the room with my luggage. AC remote was not there and I had to again go down to collect it. No proper curtain. Everything is visible from outside including the bathroom. No soap given also. Not a good experience all together.

I had a decent stay at this property. The location was near barapani, close to the center of naharlagun town. The food was decent. The amenities were adequate. The staff provided friendly service and considered my request for early check-in.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and food was also great, had all the expected amenities. No complain whatsoever.

There are plenty of hotels near the airport within 10 km but this hotel is far away from itanagar almost 35 km away from the airport. Wifi is available but it is not working. Bathroom toiletries are the worst.

Definitely not worth the price. Dirty bsthmst, shabby bathroom, no supervision so badly run operation. Staff encourage you to buy alcohol from outside and buy it for you at a premium. Thus making money themselves and depriving the hotel of revenue.

Ac was not working in the room

It was a very bad experience staying with the hotel. The room was too small to live and there were no space to bath in washroom and not even shower available. Also it's a cheat on our company as deluxe room rent is ( for walk-in) and you have charged Also the level of room i have occupied was hardly worth . Really disgusting

Very bad hotel, misuse of money. Maintenance free hotel. Poor breakfast. No wifi. Stinky roommis. Very high price. Rate should be below 1800-

Stayed 3n. Good stay option for business travellers. Room was clean, with small balcony, sheets, pillows clean, lots of storage spaces, android tv so you can watch streaming. Food at restaurant was good though we ordered only simple veg stuff. They arranged a cab for local tour on request. There is a mall about 100 mtrs away. Overall a good stay within itanagar.

Stay was comfortable but the hotel had stopped receiving mm t booking. So they didn't recieve mine. Can't figure why mm t took my booking. Long wait at the reception desk, showing emails, print outs etc, etc. After 30 mins i could convince them that i have a valid booking. Never expected anything like this

Hotel rising sun, itanagar is good infrastructure with very bad management. I checked in yesterday i e. 6th february, 2023 at 9. 45 pm, before that i was trying to call at the hotel to order dinner, but both the mobile phones of the hotel was switched off and i unable d to connect with the hotel, when i reached hotel, i request several time to provide atleast minimum food, but from hotel they refused to do that as a result, we had to sleep without having dinner, hotel not even provide two glass, cup, tea arrangement in the room, there was only one electric kettle available in the room. Room was good in terms of size and clean so far, but the management was terrible.
