The hotel location was good The room was old and the service was very poor

Good food. Rooms were smelly and not properly ventilated. Staff is helpful.

1. Location is good, in market area. 2. ⁠Property is average and no lift. AC rooms not available in ground and first floor and available only from 2nd floor onwards without any lift. 3. ⁠Sanitary ware is not good and water pressure is not there. One may face challenge in toilet flush and shower bathing. 4. ⁠No kettle in room. 5. ⁠Tea available only after 7 am while sunrise happens here at 4 am. 6. ⁠Staff is ok. 7. Food is ok. 8. ⁠Towel and basic toiletries provided. 9. ⁠Rooms are otherwise clean. 10. ⁠Service is ok.

the experience is like the rating i have given i.e excellent, from room service to reception everything wise well planned, rooms are well maintained, everything looks so well organised and clean. food is also very tasty, for me it was a very pleasant experience.. well… i didn’t took any pictures but next time i will definitely take some and upload it…

The hotel is not ready to open the door at midnight and the day when i stayed i reached the hotel at 3 am and the door finally opened, after 30 minutes of waiting outside. After that i waited for another 2 hours at the rest room to get a room where i already paid for my room and when i talked about refund my money the receptionist suddenly come and provide me a room. In the same day around 5am the hotel receptionist took my key in the morning when i was about to go for a walk with my friends. And the next night when i went back to my room the door was not open again. I don't want any discount what i want is you should tell your staff to be nice with outsiders who come to stay for a while

Worst experience, bad stinking entrance, it's not hotel it's poor grade lodge, bathroom door hitting head no ventilation all rooms have house type lock and ancient keys, 2 plastic chairs in deluxe room, bed also poor quality

Good experience at the heart of the city. Food quality also good and decently priced. Neat and clean comfortable room. Some upkeep needs to be improved though

I got this hotel in mm t app. The hotel location was very good. Rooms were clean. Main thing is the quality of food was very good and the cost of each dish are very cheap as compared to other. Staffs are also very helpful.

Stay was good, rooms are decent and clean. The location is also good, in a prime market area, on the other hand the downside is that the surrounding areas are not that clean.

Stay was good. The location is an advantage to stay in this hotel. You will get communication to visit different places of itanagar from the hotel.

Due to non arrival at itanagar on 4th march, i couldn't avail the room. When i asked for refund, but i couldn't get the refund. Very bad experience.

Last 3 days stayed no tv working position but saying no network, no network, security arrangement inside hotel very very poor, outside local gun created horrible situation inside hotel.

Check-in was smooth. They asked us to fill out a form and took our luggage to first floor. We had booked two rooms. One was small, the other very large, with two beds and comfy chairs in between. Their service is extraordinary. Food prices are reasonable and being 4 people new to north-east, we were ordering lot of food items. They would deliver them to our rooms within half an hour. The portion was large, and delicious. There’s a big dining hall also in the ground floor itself. Everyday they’d clean our rooms and change bed sheets and towels. Telephone in every room from which you can call reception and ask services, or food. Speaking of location, it’s the best. Within 50 meters, you have bus depot where long route buses are available (eg. To zero valley, guwahati, roing, pasighat etc) as well as sumo stand aka taxi stand. Within 100 meters, auto stand is available. If you want more comfort, you can ask vehicle arrangement from hotel reception itself. So i will recommend this hotel to travellers.

We reached around 9 pm. The location of the hotel is very good but the sorroundings not very clean. The reception was fantastic. We checked in, within one minute. The restaurant is very nice and the food was good and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is very good. Ap state bus stand and sumo stand was very close. The room was spacious and neat. Overall a pleasant stay
