Entire hotel is under renovation 24hours kitchen not available Swimming pool is under construction from last 4 months Breakfast was super tasless food Toilet doesnot have shop for washing hands No toothpaste available

Excellent location, food, restaurant and club. The early breakfast is very helpful. Missed the gym this time due to renovation. Hot water was not available in the evenings.

soloIt is listed as a 4 star hotel. I would categorize it as a 2 star. No running hot water. The restaurant and bar were closed on the first night of my stay as they said there were no customers. Only room service was available. Breakfast was below par.

The staffs were very supportive and the food is good too. The location and the view was fantastic. The only problem is that they need to fix the water supply in the washrooms. Wasn't getting water at all in the washroom every morning. My advise would be to ask the hotel staff to get a bucket of water or two and keep it in case of an emergency

The receptionist “tayum” was an amazing person who saved the day ! the hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool, it’s destroyed, but they charged me for it, the food was ok, until ta-yum intervened it’s was ok, she made sure my food was lovely ! the room service is lost. They don’t know basic things like to know-ck or dnd or close the door when to leave, etc.

The staff is very prompt and friendly. People at the reception were also very polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious. But rest everything is quite ordinary. Breakfast is kinda cold and so we’re the showers. Hardly anyone in the club or restaurants
