good and prime location with adequate parking. reception was good . but room cleanliness need more improvement and food is not upto the mark.

delay communication at last minute. got delayed for my work this is terrible please improve the communication with passengers

Room was not standard as per the price. Washroom was dirty and walls were not repaired. Complimentary breakfast was having no choice, only bread and chop a bhatura which is unhealthy for many of us.

the quality of hotel falls between rs 1800-2200 i felt that i have been provided the worst room of the hotel.it was room no. 305

It was my second stay in this year, the food is not up to the mark and room service is also average. The location is better and the view from 7 th floor is amazing.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall good experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the town and access various attractions. However, the rooms could use a bit of maintenance. While they were clean and comfortable, some minor repairs and updates would enhance the overall experience. Despite this, my stay was pleasant, and i would consider returning in the future.

Good food, nice staffs and rooms are hygienic. Good lightning to work late with working desk. On high way road and easy to get travel arrangements

Don't go for this hotel, they are running a scam, i booked for two day stay at around 9k. While check in they first say the ac is not working and after arguing they provide a qc room. The room is not cleaned before, it was all dirty, sheets has not been changed from last stay i guess as there were some marks on it, on addition of that garbage was not cleared too and there was used condom thrown in it and in almirah as well. I informed this to receptionist and given the key to her next day for room cleaning, to my surprise i return back around 9 pm at my room and the room was same as i left in morning, nothing cleaned, they are pathetic in service and i recommend no one to go for it as they didn't care about their guest at all. Receptionist girl is also very rude as if she doesn't care about anything. Worst experience till date in itanagar.

The room i was allotted needed new electrical fixtures, broken switches are a challenge and a threat to a mishap.

Lift is not working, room on 6th floor, have to climb stairs, all corners of bathrooms are dirty, no telephone in room, it is out of order, and tea coffee pouch at room with out milk powder. Last dinner order at 9 pm, i think a small guest house is better than this atleast on the ground floor

Hotel staff behaviour is good and food is also good. Room is neat and clean. Room service quick, antique hotel design.

Bathroom tiles are broken, walls are dirty - even shower doesn't have the speed to through the water

Bathroom was dirty and faucet was also broken. Room door lock was not working properly. Location is good. If maintenance is done on time to time basis, it will be plus point. Food was good no doubt.

Worst service, no response from the staff. No room service available on time. And no one is answerable.
