over all, its ok👌but, it could b better if a parking area/space for customers is developed.

booked an AC room online but got a non AC room because the AC was non functional, lights went out for 6 hrs but there was no emergency power back up available. the rooms wooden wall decor was falling off even without touching. for the non AC room probably capacitor needs changing because the speed of the fans are terrible. there is no proper ventilation of the room, fan ventilation is needed

Very poor, unhygienic, offered single room with no water etc just pathetic and even manager is just horrible no idea of anything, please dont refer this hotel

Room was untidy, not lit properly, the washroom was smelly and had no light bulb or it was out of order.

The rooms are so small without cup board and the meal served are not at all satisfactory. Not plan of staying again

Nice hotel and all staff is good food is good and room cleaning is awesome other all facilities is good

What more than clean and furnished room during a trip. Also not much use all the other amenities in bigger star hotels, it's basically a need for a good place to rest at night.

Too much charges by mm t for booking. Mm t charged rs 3000- per day for booking whereas actual price at the hotel reception desk was rs 1800 per day. Not satisfied by d way mm t took money for booking. Actual prices are much lower & reasonable.

Worst room quality not a good hospitality washroom in public area is more cleaner then this hotel has linen quality was also not good

Dustbin not in the room, not clean properly bed sheet & bathroom, light not work properly, fan controller not there, parking area is not proper, at night 11 pm i got parking in this hotel, totally not good experience at the hotel.

It was not good to stay there, non a c room, bathroom not well cleaning, there no light one light only useful l others light not working, you people charges 2500 but hotel facility was not more thane 1500. Thank you.

Bad experience with moomsie hotel there service was not good i don’t recommended anyone to stay there

Property is located next to national highway, so expect constant traffic beep baap. Rooms not so big neither so clean just average bathroom as well. Given the money i don't think it's upto the mark, food too is average, service was good.

The room was dirty. They don't have a lift. Half of the items in menu was not available for breakfast and even when i order something from the available items the quality of food served was very bed.

Location excellent near to itafort state museum and monastery food excellent hygiene okay but still better can do but it's good safety and standard also excellent overall i rate this hotel 4/5

I stayed there for two nights. The hotel is located centrally in Itanagar, construction quality is good and the food served seemed to be fresh and well prepared, but the positives pretty much end here. On check-in found the bed linen unchanged, possibly they just made the bed after the previous guest left. They didn't even remove the used soap in soap tray. Although courteous, the staff demonstrated little willingness towards cleanliness expected from a Hotel. They didn't bother to to do room cleaning on day 2. There is no facility for card payment and don't expect them to return you the full change for any bill. Rs 5/to 10/is always rounded off. Later an acquaintance confirmed it's a trend here in Itanagar hotels to round off Rs 5 to Rs 10 /. On the 2nd night, the tv connection went off and never restored that night. The hand-shower of the room I stayed in was broken but seems hotel manager is not keen on such upkeep.

Not a good Hotel to stay, specially food quality is worst

Dear sir this was such very bad experience as ever I was changed more than 3 room ultimately I was left hotel in one day though I booked for 2 day. This is really very bad experience ever. MakeMyTrip please review hotel and facility before panel, we have believe on you please don't break our faith.
