pillow covers were dirty, room was not cleaned properly pathetic environment there was no sofa in room, whereas during booking on MakeMyTrip, sofa was mentioned in deluxe ac room. not happy

Average Stay
Rooms were spacious, but maintenance seemed to be lacking. Despite requesting early check-in with a clear explanation of my plans to check out early, i was charged an additional rs. 300. Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority as the bedsheet was unchanged and the room itself was not adequately clean. However, after lodging a complaint, the situation was rectified promptly. No room service is available from 10pm to 6:30am. The complimentary amenities provided were two towels, one pair of used slippers, and two soaps. Although the room service was efficient, the overall maintenance of the hotel, particularly the cleanliness of the bathrooms, left much to be desired.

All amenities are damaged can't operate. Even hot water can get. Bathroom not clean. Washbasin tap water not coming properly

Average stay
I was given another room than booked but that room also was good, spacious, neat and clean. But the room was not properly enclosed and due to gap between glass wall and r cc layer, pigeons came in the room. When i checked, i found nest of pigeon in the room. This was surprising and disturbing our sleep in night.

familyExperience was average, location was a big issue then reaching to actual site was again a big issue as the hotel was 100 meters away from the location shared. Stay was fine.
