The location was very convenient to see all Tourist places. The Ac and Room was pretty neat and Decent. This is really valuable for the money you spend on Stay. The Food was good and Tasty.

Ambience, A/C, service etc were all good. Staff were courteous and accommodative.

Rayas hotel is a very comfortable hotel with quality facility. Rayas grand food is very delicious and our stay is very comfortable

Decent hotel for staying with family,but for veg lunch,dinner,coffee we have to go to a nearby restaurant

we asked for AC at additional cost which they gave but their service was very very bad and replies given by them were still worse especially the a/c service guy was very rude and even if the ac is not working, we have to take the same room and still pay the additional charges for ac whether it work or not. otherwise the room was okay except for rude behaviour of the ac guy

Hotel is at a prime location near the Siva temple. Amenities were excellent, rooms were very clean, spacious, and the staff very friendly and courteous. They upgraded us to a/c room at a nominal rate. Car driver was given separate room and bed to sleep for the night by the hotel which is uncommon. For a pure veg restaurant, we have walk around 150 metres to another of their hotels Raya prime.

Raya's all three properties are a known and regular stay destination for us over a decade. BUT THIS YIME WAS A POOR EXPERIENCE. THE BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND RECEPTION SERVICE WAS TOO SLOW TO RESPOND. CAR PARKING WAS DIFFICULT TOO PLEASE STEP UP YOUR GOOD SERVICES. WE ALWAYS LILE TO GO YO RAYA'S FOR STAY. One of the worst hotel in my experience, Receptionist is rude fellow money minded Totally waste of money.

Room is good. sleep quality is fine. Main pain point is housekeeping staff of the hotel continuously coming as a group and asking tips for every service. Instead of this MMT should ask the hotel to include a fixed charge along with tariff and collect the same as a part of the bill and issue to their staff including security.

Facilities not upto mark. Driver accommodation was not upto hype & bathroom was not clean

Yes it's TRUE, we become a regular customer to stay in Rayas,kumbakonam.we are used to stay with confident here.clean and safety is the best in Rayas.Hospitality makes us to feel us as so it's our clear right .we feel happy when ever we visit kumbakonam spiritually in Rayas

My stay at this hotel was not great. The parking space is very poorly managed, making it quite inconvenient for guests with vehicles. The rooms were just okay – nothing special, but decent enough for a night’s rest. The food provided was very average, lacking both variety and taste. Overall, the hotel has a lot of room for improvement in terms of facilities, service, and overall guest experience.

Hotel could have in built restaurant option and complimentary breakfast options

Location is very good. Being a repeat traveller to Raya, they usually maintain good standards in comfort and handling customers.

Location was good. Centre of the town and nearby mahamaham tank. Morning coffee was served quickly and was very nice.

We have booked a triple AC room, but they've provided double AC with extra bed, due unavailability of rooms
