Nice interiors, Varieties of good food, very helpful and friendly hotel staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was not courteous. Breakfast was not a buffet. Location and property were good. The room was pretty average. Not clean at all. Maintenance of Bath fittings etc were found wanting. Overall, it was a huge compromise for location and so-called legacy of the place.

Pathetic, unhygienic, room untidy, bathroom filthy

Food quality is good but they took so much time to serve, near about 1 hour, it is too much late.

Not recommended. Had breakfast in the open with getting almost attacked by monkeys. Rooms not worth at all.

Not good, stayed there for one night and room was dirty. Cockroaches and insects were there. Not recommended. Own parking space but its not a big advantage as there is public parking some 100 meters away.

One parantu cost extremely costly with a cup of tea cost also costly. Hotel is not even three star.

Rooms are not up-to the mark ... Its not value for money ... Location is OK. As it's. Heritage property but the rooms are not maintained as per desired way to attract visitors. Rates are more then the actual conditions of Room. Over all average stay.

The receptionist has no respect to gusts. He says there is no room and finally gave the room as if he is blessing us.

It was a okay experience all over as the hotel service is very slow and the management is a bit rude type. We ordered food and we waited for an hour to get that and also the taste was not that much good allover

Bad experience. Room was not clean. Cockroaches were on bed and on floor. Few were dead and few alive. Room was very small. Smelling bad. Intercom was not working .. Hotel has its oen parking. Some 7 to 8 cars can be parked. But hardly 100 metres away is a public parking for some 50 rs for 12 hours.

The hotel is in the heart of Mandi yet it offers good privacy for guests. The property is beautiful with a garden and a chic restaurant cum bar that serves the best food in town. The place attracts a good crowd with its classy and outdoorsy vibes. The rooms are a bit small but that is understandable because it was originally a palace and not much renovation has happened. We enjoyed our stay here!

Our experience was very bad specially from Make my trip, I have done 2 days prior booking desired money was detected from my account after 2 Days I called to the hotel directly they denied my booking and make my trip to, I called to the hotel at that day also they replied that our computer operator is on leave but when I visited directly to the hotel computer operator was there on duty and they have already received my booking Moral: Make my trip and Hotel Raj Mahala Mandi staff harassed me

Location of the hotel is good .. Situated just next to Indira Market (main market) .. Staff was polite and courteous but the property is very poorly maintained .. Rooms are just average (AC's remote was not working, no electric kettle, very dim lighting, stained towels) ...
