Review Of HOTEL RAJ REGENCY

Rooms were average!! No power backup.. electricity was going again n again!! Lizard was in the room.. Hotel Management was also not too good!! They didn’t care of our concerns... restaurant guy was so irritating... was not at all giving us what we ordered

Our stay in Raj regency is very good. Hotel ambience is very good and we'll maintained.. staffs were friendly and helpful. We stayed for a day in Raj Regency.. This place is very close to Jatayu Earth Centre. Hotel ambience is very good and neat maintenance.. Friendly and helpful staffs

It was a very neat and clean hotel and situated at very calm place and just 5 km away from jatayu earth centre.

Positives - location, accessibility, parking space, friendly security staff negatives - night food had tiny grains of sand, electric kettle was provided only after demanding for it. No milk powder was supplied. Water pressure in taps very less. Waste water was not properly draining from bathroom. No shower gel was provided. No buffet for complimentary breakfast

The hotel was clean. All facilities were provided. The lady at the reception is very helpful. Jatayu earth centre is close. However, the issue is the restaurant which doesn't serve fresh food and it caused food poisoning. I vomit-ted thrice at the aiport and a forth time durinf my flight.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel with family for a marriage function at a nearby place. Check-in was seamless and the entrance lobby was spacious. The rooms were good and the windows were opening toward open space. Though it was an air-conditioned hotel, due to ill health i wanted to use the ceiling fan but strangely it functions only at full speed as there was no speed regulator installed! the front office assured help but no response thereafter. Similarly, i wanted hot water for drinking due to ill health which they provided at first, but later in the night & morning, they denied saying room service is closed which i found very mean reasoning. I requested a kettle which initially they refused by saying the room i opted for doesn't have such a facility! eventually, they provided one on the second day for which i am thankful. Coming to the food, the masala dosa they provided in the breakfast was so ill-prepared that it felt like the first dosa they made for the day had a bad il smell & lots of burned food with black layers over it. The soup i had was overdone with spices and thus spoiled. The food other family member had at the restaurant was said to be good. The front office has to be proactive in nullifying customer complaints in a reasonable time. Overall the experience was average for us and their rent is found on the higher side given the location which was far away from trivandrum city.

I travel-led with my mom and the room and its ambience throughout the stay with the service of the hotel all were excellent. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friends

This hotel was 30 km away from the kottarakara on the highway

Property is good room was nice over all everything is seems to be fine

The place looked clean and everyone in the hotel was really helpful. Food was really tasty and prompt service. Everyone who wants to visit Jatayu should stay at Raj Regency.
