Here's a shorter version: "I stayed at this hotel recently and found the location to be excellent with a beautiful view. The building is new, and the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the road to the resort is in a terrible state, making the journey challenging, especially at night due to the lack of streetlights and isolated location. Food service was also limited, with no restaurant on-site and meals available only on demand, sourced from a nearby hotel. While the staff tried their best, the high prices feel a bit steep considering these drawbacks. Overall, it's a good option for scenic views, but improvements are needed."

The overall experience was so good. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was too. There was no damage to anything, everything was maintained well. I loved the cleanliness and the room’s appearance. The location of the property was breathtaking because it’s directly located near a mountain. The view and the cool breeze it was just so refreshing and beautiful. The morning complimentary breakfast was actually good. The tea and coffee was available within the hotel and it was good too. The overall experience was great and all the staffs were so nice to us. The property is actually worth for the price.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was really big. I didn't have food there so not sure about it. Otherwise I will definitely stay there again

Breakfast was good. There were mosquitos all over. Over all average stay.

Very bad experience. This property is situated in a very interior place and there is no restaurant available. Apart from the room, nothing is there in the resort and it was too expensive. Not worth anymore

Awesome rooms and great view. But road to resort was not good way to waterfalls. Food was buffet. Breakfast was south indian. Lunch/dinner available on demand

The room was upto mark, but the hospitality and staff awareness was zero. We were greeted with an empty reception desk and no dinner even though there were other guests who ordered food and got it from the restaurant. We required an early check out as in the morning, so we had to continuously ask the staff on the breakfast timings which was informed 8:30am. But eventually there was no food on the table even after 9:15 am, so we checked out. Furthermore, we had requested the bill of the stay but there was no knowledgeable staff to procure the print out of the same.

It was an excellent stay. Zamin resorts especially the food was amazing, location and cleanliness of the room were excellent, especially the food we have to appreciate the master and all the other staffs were very co ordial. We congratulate the management.

Excellent property, thoughtfully and differently designed and furnished (eg: providing a mouthwash aside the wash basin along with the handwash in the restaurant, friendly, warm staff. Comfortable room and decent food. Facilities are top notch!

Property was new &amenities are excellent. Location is very near to five falls. Workers are more friendly. Hospitality was good. Worth for money. Regarding food excellent (like home food. Really i enjoyed this stay along with my family. I recommend this hotel to my family & friends

The resort is new and at outskirts. Road connectivity is very poor, full of potholes. Service is very poor as staff is untrained. Breakfast is very limited. They will count number of vadas / Idlis you eat. After you confirm lunch they will not prepare it. So you are stranded out of nowhere and need to rush to town for Food. There are better options available.

Very nice stay. Would have even better if they arrange lawn for outside parties in distant area. It is bit disturbing for families. Hope they wont allow party in car parking area and provide separate lawn distantly.
