hotels room are fine . Staffs are fine but food are very bad.So book the hotel without any hesitation but avoid taking food

Terrible Stay
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were not maintained properly, cleanliness was poor, and the facilities were below average. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Good Stay
Hotel was nice and approachable easily. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The lift was missing which made it a little bit uncomfortable for us. The lights they used were of yellow colour which gave a haunted look, I will advise to change that. On the whole the hotel was good and comfortable.

Not a royal deluxe room just a small cabin type room
There was so much communication gap between us and the hotel. They were not able to give proper and clear answers for our questions.
